Want to see something so very cool?
This is Stevie’s Pattern Marking Pen (Frixion from Pilot) generously gifted to me at the Brighton Meet-up a couple of weeks ago.
It’s like magic – the ink disappears with the heat of the iron (just test on a fabric scrap first).

Hah your so funny! I’m glad you like them! They are the best thing ever! x
What a cute little video. Only issue is that some markings you want to stay a little longer than the first pressing, but I suppose that is why it’s good to have options that suit each situation.

Is tht the kind of friction pen that erases fom paper usin the bck end of the pen? Or is it a special sewing one?
That is the coolest thing EVER. How useful! Though, I’m sure I would end up using it for whimsical/ridiculous things, but still…I need one. Google, here I come…
Incidentally, that video was too great. Stop motion is the best.

This is so cool! I’ve got a set in my amazon queue already. Just curious, does it only work on cotton-type fabrics, or or does it leave a mark on things like polyester as well?

OMG. I have a bazillion of those pens laying around (they are the best for writing exams with!), and need to play around with them right now!

Hey!
I was totally inspired to try a little stop motion myself after seeing this the other day. I just wanted to say how much I like your new blog layout. So much awesomeness here!
You’re so clever! What a fun video.
